Patna, Nov. 20 -- Nitish Kumar took oath as Bihar Chief Minister for the record 10th time on Thursday, as a 26-member new National Democratic Alliance Cabinet was sworn in at the Gandhi Maidan here in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other top NDA leaders.
In the grand swearing-in ceremony, BJP leaders Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha were also administered the oath of office and secrecy by state Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. The duo has taken over as Deputy Chief Ministers.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda were among those who attended the function where ministers from the BJP, JD(U), LJP (Ram Vilas), HAM and RLM took oath along with Kumar.
