Patna, July 14 -- Taking on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for the "complete collapse of law and order", Jan Suraaj leader Prashant Kishor today accused Nitish government of failing to address the state's employment crisis. Bihar will go Assembly polls are due in a few months.
