Vaishali, July 29 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today inaugurated the Buddha Samyak Darshan Museum and Memorial Stupa and participated in the consecration and ceremonial installation of Lord Buddha's sacred relics.

During the event, the Chief Minister said here that he had closely monitored the construction of the Buddha Samyak Darshan Museum and Memorial Stupa to ensure that it was completed in a distinct and timely manner.

The complex, he added, has been designed keeping in mind environmental sustainability, so that visiting tourists can have a pleasant and spiritually fulfilling experience.
