Patna, Sept. 29 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today inaugurated, laid foundation stones and launched as many as 20,658 projects worth Rs 11,921 crore through remote mode, giving a major push to his development agenda.

Out of the total, schemes related to public convenience and overall development accounted for Rs 7,805 crore, covering 16,065 projects, while another 4,593 schemes worth Rs 4,116 crore were formally inaugurated.

Addressing a function, the Chief Minister said these initiatives would provide fresh momentum to development in the state and bring tangible improvements in the lives of people.
