Darbhanga, March 24 -- Congress on Monday alleged that the Nitish Kumar government had miserably failed in checking the migration of labourers from Bihar to other parts of the country in search of their livelihood.

Chairman of the media and publicity cell of Congress Pawan Khera told media persons that tall claims of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar stood exposed as three crore registered labourers of Bihar had no source of livelihood in the state. They were forced to migrate to other states of the country to earn their livelihood, he pointed out.
