Patna, Feb. 17 -- Congress on Monday alleged that Nitish Kumar government failed to spend the allocation made in Bihar budget but to suppress the fact and befool the people, complementary budgets were presented in both Houses of state Legislature.
President of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) Akhilesh Prasad Singh said here that Nitish Kumar government had been befooling people of the state by presenting supplementary budgets in both Houses of state legislature one year after the other since 2018.
It was surprising to note supplementary budgets continued to be presented without utilising the allocated funds, he added.
