Patna, Dec. 18 -- Bihar Chief Minister and National President of the Janata Dal (United), Nitish Kumar on Thursday donated his one month salary in the party fund of the JD(U).
Kumar handed over a cheque equal to his one month's salary here to Lalan Kumar Sarraf, Treasurer of the JD(U) and Deputy Leader of the ruling party in the Legislative Council.
He also appealed to party ministers, Members of Parliament, legislators, leaders holding various important positions and to those who believe in the party's ideology to extend maximum possible support to strengthen the party.
