Patna, April 1 -- Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan alias Lalan Singh firmly said that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and JDU do not need any certificate from Congress on secularism.

Talking to a section of media on the issue of Waqf bill, Singh said on Tuesday that his party JDU will clear its stand in the parliament on it. Replying to a query regarding demands of Congress from the JDU to clear its stand on Waqf bill which it had dubbed as against the constitution, Singh said that Nitish Kumar and JDU do not need any certificate from Congress on secularism.
