Bengaluru, Sept. 7 -- The Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, has forwarded the representation concerning the indefinite delay in onboarding of more than 600 experienced lateral hires by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to the Maharashtra Government for necessary action, the Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) said today.

Welcoming the acknowledgement, NITES president Adv Harpreet Singh Saluja said the step was important but not enough. "What employees desperately need is swift and decisive intervention. Forwarding files is not justice. Immediate redressal is essential for the thousands of professionals whose lives have been thrown into disarray," he stated.
