Mumbai, Jan. 12 -- The recent quarterly disclosures by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) have highlighted a growing gap between the company's public statements and the reality faced by employees, according to the Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES).
TCS' Q3 FY26 results showed a net reduction of 11,151 employees in a single quarter, alongside an attrition rate of around 13.5 percent, signalling largescale workforce rationalisation.
