Srinagar, Feb. 23 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday said that the biggest responsibility of the institutions is to create a new generation of innovators.
The lieutenant Governor said this during the inauguration of the new Girls Hostel at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Srinagar.
"The biggest responsibility of the institutions like NIT today is to create a new generation of innovators" he said and added "we should focus on developing an Innovation-driven economy in Amrit Kaal to strengthen the innovation ecosystem in the country".
