Sriharikota, July 30 -- Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr Jitendra Singh today termed the successful launch of ISRo-NASA NISAR Earth Observation satellite as a game changer in precise management of disasters.
Hailing the scientists, he said the inputs from NISAR would benefit the entire world community in the true spirit of 'Vishwabandh".
In a post on X immediately after the 2,393 kg was successfully injected in to the Polar Sun Synchronous Orbit by the heaviest rocket GSLV-F16 after a majestic lift off from the Second Launch Pad at SHAR Range here, the Minister of State (Independent Charge) said "Congratulations India!".
