Pune, Feb. 27 -- Night temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1degC or more) at most places over Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi; at many places over Punjab; at a few places over west Rajasthan and Madhya Maharashtra at isolated places over west Uttar Pradesh, east Rajasthan, Konkan and Goa.
The temperatures were appreciably above normal (3.1degC to 5.0degC) at many places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand; at a few places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands; at isolated places Gujarat state and Marathwada; above normal (1.6degC to 3.0degC) at many places over west Madhya Pradesh; at a few places over coastal Karnataka; at isolated places over east Madhya Pradesh, east Uttar Pr...
