Pune, Feb. 15 -- Night temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1degC or more) at isolated places over west Rajasthan; appreciably above normal (3.1degC to 5.0degC) at isolated places over Punjab and east Rajasthan; above normal (1.6degC to 3.0degC) at a few places over coastal Karnataka; at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Konkan and Goa, Saurashtra and Kutch and Kerala and Mahe.
