London, Oct. 18 -- Actor-director Bradley Banton debuted his inventive feature film based on Nicki Minaj's Instagram livestreaming titled "More Life" at the 69th BFI London Film Festival (LFF).
Produced by Michael Fassbender's DMC Film, the work stars Tuwaine Barrett (Hard Truth), Dipo Ola and Jordan Peters and offers a compelling exploration of the intersection between social media performance and contemporary storytelling.
Bantan revealed that a Nicki Minaj livestream sparked the film's concept. He disclosed, "I was watching a Nicki Minaj livestream," Banton recalled. "I was just like, 'This is so entertaining.
