Chennai, Aug. 20 -- The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting raids at ten premises of ten person linked to the murder of a Hindu Munnani functionary in Tiruvarur district a couple of years back.

A key suspect Md Ali Jinnah was arrested in this case bring probe by NIA on charges of harbouring the accused at Kodaikanal in Dindugl district and lodged in prison.

Today's raids were said to be part of follow up investigations after perusing the bank account details of the accused.

The searches were on in Dindigul, Tenkasi and and other districts, including Trichy and Thanjavur, according to reports. UNI GV 1055
