New Delhi/Chandigarh, Nov. 17 -- The counter-terrorism law enforcement agency NIA on Monday made its second arrest, a Kashmiri resident, in connection with the Delhi Red Fort blast case, as investigators indicated that the explosion was enabled by a growing collaboration between Pakistan-based terror outfits and Bangladesh-headquartered extremist networks.
A week after the blast, which killed at least 15 people, and left 32 others injured near the iconic fort, multiple central and state government agencies probing the blast continued to cast their net wider, rounding up key suspects for interrogation as a security alert continued across the country.
