Mumbai, March 11 -- A special NIA court has directed the prosecution to file a reply by March 13 to a discharge plea filed by dismissed encounter specialist police officer Sachin Waze in the Antilia bomb scare case and the subsequent murder of Thane trader Mansukh Hiran.
In his plea, Waze argued that the prosecution's case rests on mere allegations without admissible evidence and highlighted several investigative flaws.
