Mumbai, Aug. 4 -- A special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court has granted permission to the agency to file separate chargesheets against absconding accused Ramchandra Kalsangra and Sandeep Dange upon their arrest.

The direction came alongside the court's verdict acquitting seven individuals in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. Kalsangra and Dange, both residents of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, remain officially listed as wanted accused (AA-1 and AA-2) in this NIA-investigated case, referred to as Malegaon-II.

According to prosecution claims presented in court, Kalsangra was responsible for planting the explosive-laden LML Freedom motorcycle at the Malegaon blast site.
