New Delhi, Nov. 14 -- The mastermind in an inter-state arms and narcotics trafficking case linked with Pakistan-based operators has been chargesheeted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), officials said today.
In the chargesheet filed on Friday before the NIA Special Court, Jaipur (Rajasthan), the central investigation agency named Vishal Pachar, charged him under various sections of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Arms Act, Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
