Barabanki, Feb. 3 -- Teams of the National Investigation Agency (NIA), Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and Special Task Force (STF) today conducted a joint raid at a thatched house in Khor Etmahadpur village under the Badosarai police station area of Barabanki district over suspected terror links of a Delhi-based youth, sources disclosed.
Before the raid, the teams took Ram Lakhan, son of the house owner Jhamman, into custody from Hind Hospital in Safedabad. After that, the security agencies thoroughly searched and checked every corner of the house using detector devices. As no objectionable material was found, the teams left for Lucknow with Ram Lakhan. Later, the local police also carried out raids at several places in the area.
