New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) today signed a pact with Larsen & Toubro Ltd for design, supply, and construction of track and associated works, including testing and commissioning, for Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project in Maharasthra.
The contract covers approximately 157 km of alignment from the Mumbai bullet train station to Zaroli village near the Maharashtra-Gujarat border. The scope also includes track work for four stations and the rolling stock depot at Thane, said an NHSRCL official.
