New Himachal Congress Chief likely by month-end: Sukhu

Shimla, Oct. 18 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Saturday said that the new Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) president is likely to be announced by the end of this month or early November, brushing aside social media buzz over names being floated for the post.

"There is no truth in the social media speculation. The All India Congress Committee would take the final call soon," Sukhu told reporters at the state secretariat.
