Patna, June 25 -- With a new five-star hotel set to replace the iconic Hotel Patliputra Ashoka in the Bihar capital, internationally renowned five-star hotel brands like JW Marriott, Hyatt Regency and ITC Hotels, are in the race for operating the new luxury hotel.
Sources close to the agency M/s Kumar Infratrade Enterprises Pvt Ltd., selected for Development, Operations and Maintenance of the new five-star category hotel on a land parcel measuring approx. 1.5 acres land located at Hotel Patliputra Ashoka, Beerchand Patel Path, said here that negotiations are in the final stages given the iconic status of the project.
