Chennai, March 7 -- "Never let fear or self-doubt hold you back", Ms Smita Hashim,
Chief Product Officer, Zoom Communications, Inc, told young women aspiring for
leadership roles, on Friday.
In her message on the eve of International Women's Day (IWD), she said it was the
ideas that matter.
She exhorted women to embrace every opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge
themselves.
She said "Glass ceilings are meant to be shattered--let's keep breaking barriers
together", she added.
"As we celebrate IWD, it's vital for leaders to recognize that 'accelerating action'
for women begins with fostering a workplace where they feel a deep sense of
belonging and are empowered to thrive", she said, according to a press release.
