New Delhi, Oct. 3 -- "Peaky Blinders" is set to return in a major way, as Netflix has ordered two six-episode seasons of a sequel series to the hit British crime drama.
The new series, from Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, will be set in 1953 Britain, during a time of post-war reconstruction.
According to Netflix, the sequel picks up after the events of the upcoming Peaky Blinders feature film, which is currently in post-production and stars Oscar-winner Cillian Murphy reprising his role as Tommy Shelby.
