Jerusalem, Sept. 15 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while acknowledging the military failure of the IDF's missile attack in Doha, hailed it as a success, as it was able to deliver Jerusalem's message to the world on its stance against terrorists - that it will hunt terrorists and kill them no matter where they are.
