Baghpat, Oct. 2 -- The semi-naked body of a 30-year-old man, identified as Sanyam Singh, nephew of former Uttar Pradesh Home Secretary Bijendra Singh, was found under suspicious circumstances on Thursday morning at the Janta Vedic Degree College campus in Baraut, Baghpat district. The police suspect foul play, and a murder investigation is underway.
Sanyam Singh, a resident of Bavli village, just 1.5 kilometers from the college, had been missing since Tuesday. He had left home that morning, informing his family that he was going to Haridwar with friends.
