Kathmandu, Feb. 19 -- The Communist Party of Nepal (United Marxist Leninist) on Thursday unveiled its manifesto for next month's general election in the Himalayan nation.
Party Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli launched the Election Manifesto at the "Desh Pahila (Country First)" programme organised by the UML Central Election Mobilisation Committee here, Himalayan Times reported.
