Patna, Oct. 23 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today set a development agenda for the ruling NDA's Bihar Assembly poll campaign by promising to transform the state into a technological hub, while the opposition GA at last named Tejashwi Yadav as its chief ministerial face after procrastinating for days.
Addressing BJP workers of Bihar from New Delhi through virtual mode, the Prime Minister took potshots at the Grand Alliance for making tall pre-poll promises to the people. Terming the GA pledges as "hollow", the PM said they were mere attempts to "befool" the voters.
"Constituents of the Grand Alliance were fighting against one another and they have become 'lathbandhan' instead of ' gathbandhan'", the PM said.
