Patna, Nov. 9 -- Senior Congress leader Pawan Khera on Sunday claimed that several ministers in the Nitish government have started preparations to vacate their bungalows sensing "clear defeat" after assessing the trend of voting in the first phase of the Bihar assembly elections.

Khera, also chairman of the publicity cell of All India Congress Committee (AICC), told media persons that the trend of voting in the first phase of the Bihar assembly elections, had sent a "clear message" to NDA ministers that "their days were now over". They had also felt and understood the message, so most of them had started preparations to vacate their bungalows, he claimed.
