NDA authorises PM Modi, BJP chief Nadda to decide Vice Presidential candidate
New Delhi, Aug. 7 -- The NDA Parliamentary Party leaders met here today and unanimously authorised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President JP Nadda to take the final decision on the party's candidate for the Vice President of India.
Giving this information on X, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said the proposal was initiated by JDU leader Rajiv Ranjan Singh and seconded by Ram Mohan Naidu of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP).
