Patna, March 23 -- The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) today announced names of candidates
for 39 out of total 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar.
BJP In-charge for Bihar Affairs and Rajya Sabha member Bhupender Yadav announced the names of NDA candidates at state BJP headquarters here in presence of state BJP president Nityanand Rai, state JD (U) president Bashistha Narain Singh and state LJP president Pashupati Kumar Paras.
The BJP and JD (U) will contest 17 seats each and the LJP six in the seat distribution among Bihar NDA allies.
Mr Yadav announced the names of 17 candidates each of the BJP and JD (U), while names of only five LJP candidates were announced by him.
