Mumbai, May 31 -- Saleem Sarang, the State Vice-President of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP-AP), has expressed disappointment for not being given any important role in the government established boards.

Sarang criticised the party for favoring leaders who only have family connections but lack real support among the people or experience in working for the community.

He pointed out that many minority leaders who hold positions today are not actively involved in politics or social service. Instead, they continue to hold titles and enjoy benefits without doing any real work on the ground level.
