Srinagar, Nov. 8 -- Leader of Opposition and senior BJP leader Sunil Sharma on Saturday said people will script a new chapter in Budgam's political history, predicting a crushing defeat for the National Conference as voters choose real development over hollow promises.
The bypoll in Budgam is being held on November 11. The bypolls are being held after J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who had won from both Budgam and Ganderbal constituencies in last year's elections, vacated the Budgam seat.
