Srinagar, April 11 -- Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar Saturday called on party functionaries and grassroot workers to mobilize widespread public participation in the Census of India 2027, the world's largest administrative and statistical exercise, underscoring its decisive role in shaping Jammu and Kashmir's development over the next decade.
