Bhubaneswar, May 16 -- Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has proposed the visiting World bank team to set up an International centre for Disaster Mitigation and Recovery in Odisha. During an interaction with the officials of the United Nations, World bank, Asian Development Banks and other international agencies at the state secretariat here on Wednesday, Mr.Patnaik said the UN may consider setting up of an International centre for Disaster Mitigation and Recovery at Bhubaneswar .
