Bhubaneswar, Nov. 3 -- Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President Naveen Patnaik today launched a sharp attack on the BJP government in Odisha, calling it "not a game-changer, but a name-changer, a government that only changes colours."Addressing election rallies at Taraboda and Dhanamundi Padia in Komna block of Nuapada district, Patnaik criticized the ruling BJP for "being immersed in false propaganda - a hero in lies, but zero in work."He urged the people to vote for BJD candidate Snehangini Chhuria in the November 11 by-election to the Nuapada Assembly seat and cast their votes for the conch symbol.
