Brussels, Aug. 20 -- NATO military commanders are looking for alternative methods of ending the Russia - Ukraine war, and will also be discussing Europe's security guarantees today in a virtual meeting.



While details are scarce, the meeting will revolve around Trump's Monday meeting with the Ukrainian President and his 'Coalition of the Willing' allies from Europe, reports The Guardian.



This development comes after US officer Dan Caine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, held talks with European military chiefs on Tuesday evening, discussing the "best options for a potential Ukraine peace deal," as Washington has ruled out sending American troops to Ukraine.
