Hyderabad, March 9 -- In a significant move towards combating cyber fraud and ensuring justice for victims, the Telangana Cyber Security Bureau (TGCSB), in collaboration with the State Legal Services Authority, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies, successfully conducted the National Mega Lok Adalat on March 8.
This initiative resulted in the refund of a record Rs 43.3 crores to 4,961 cyber fraud victims through an expedited judicial process, a statement from the DGP office said on Sunday.
