Satish SethKaithal, May 6 -- Chief Judicial Magistrate and Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Kanwal Kumar, announced that the National Lok Adalat will be held in Kaithal and Guhla on May 9.
Necessary guidelines have been issued for the successful conduct of the Lok Adalat, and a total of six benches have been constituted.
He said that Additional District and Sessions Judge Dr. Nandita Kaushik will hear the cases in Bench 1, Chief Judicial Magistrate Aparna Bhardwaj in Bench 2, Judicial Magistrate First Class Sandeep Kaur in Bench 3, Judicial Magistrate First Class Tushar Sharma in Bench 4, Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sakshi Mangi in Bench 5 and Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Rajwinder Singh in Bench 6 (Guhla)...
