Ranchi, Jan. 28 -- A national initiative aimed at addressing child trafficking, early and forced marriage, child labour, and violence against women and children has brought renewed focus on Jharkhand, a state facing long-standing vulnerabilities linked to migration, poverty, and social exclusion.
