Nashik, Jan. 31 -- In view of the upcoming Sinhasta Kumbh Mela 2027, extensive deliberations are underway on strengthening transportation infrastructure, bus operations, manpower deployment, and the use of technology to ensure smooth and safe movement of devotees.
A comprehensive review of transportation planning was conducted at a meeting of the Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela Authority, chaired by Authority Commissioner Shekhar Singh. The meeting was attended by State Transport Corporation Vice Chairman and Managing Director Dr. Madhav Kusekar, General Manager (Transport) Nitin Mend, General Manager Dinesh Mahajan, Deputy General Manager Chetan Hasbanis, and other senior officials.
