Nashik, Oct. 2 -- The Nashik Road Police have taken action against a gang of seven people who had gathered near the Valdevi River bridge in Vihitgaon to rob passing motorists. Four of them have been caught red-handed, while three have absconded. The police are searching for them.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Dr. Sachin Bari gave this information in a press conference today . He said that around midnight on Tuesday, while the officers and staff of the Nashik Road Crime Investigation Team were patrolling the Bagul urban area in Vihitgaon, six to seven people ran away into the bushes on seeing the police.
