Bengaluru, Nov. 9 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday said that after Narendra Modi became Prime Minister, he has undermined the value of all constitutional institutions, including the Election Commission and CBI, and brought them under the control of the central government.
Speaking at a joint press conference at the KPCC office, he detailed the records of vote rigging in the state, describing it as a systematic conspiracy and strategy.
