Srinagar, Dec. 4 -- With Government renaming the Prime Minister's Office as 'Seva Tirth' and Raj Bhavans and Raj Niwas as 'Lok Bhavan' and 'Lok Niwas', Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Thursday said people are more concerned about effective governance than changes in official nomenclature, asserting that "names do not matter-work does."The Chief Minister said name changes hold little value without meaningful delivery on the ground.
"Changing the name does not help-change the work," Omar told reporters in Srinagar.
