Bhubaneswar, Aug. 7 -- National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), the country's leading producer and exporter of alumina and aluminium, has posted an impressive performance in the first quarter ended June 30 of FY 2025-26, reporting a 77percent increase in net profit to Rs.1,064 crore.
The Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Mines has registered strong operational and financial results, marking a robust start to the financial year.
According to the results approved at a Board of Directors meeting held in Bhubaneswar today, NALCO's net profit surged from Rs.601 crore in the corresponding period last year. The company also reported revenue from operations of Rs.3,807 crore for the quarter.
