Bengaluru, Aug. 25 -- Lok Sabha member and senior BJP leader Nalin Kumar Kateel will take over as the party's Karnataka unit President on August 27. He suceeds B S Yediyurappa, who has become Chief Minister of the State. Kateel, whose appointment was already announced by the BJP central leadership earlier, was scheduled to take over the reins on August 25 his assuming office formally was postponed due to demise of former Union Minister Arun Jaitley in New Delhi, yesterday. Yediyurappa will handover the charge to Kateel at party's State headquarters Jaganath Bhavan here. UNI MSP RS TS1939
