Nagpur, Dec. 31 -- A cold wave continued to grip this city and several parts of Maharashtra's Vidarbha region, with the city recording a minimum temperature of 8.6 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, according to the Meteorological Department.
The Regional Meteorological Department (RMD) stated that winter conditions have intensified once again across the region.
A drop in minimum temperatures was reported in all Vidarbha cities.
Nagpur, known as the state's second capital, has been experiencing a steady decline in mercury levels, making mornings increasingly chilly.
For the second consecutive day, the city registered single-digit minimum temperatures, with Tuesday's low touching 8.6 degrees Celsius.
