Nagpur, Nov. 14 -- Police have registered a criminal case against Nagpur Rural RTO Chief Vijay Chavan and four others on charges of criminal conspiracy and breach of trust.
The FIR was lodged based on a complaint filed by Transport Officer Ravindra Bhuyar, sparking tension within the transport department.
The other accused have been identified as Geeta Shejwal, Hemangini Patil, Deepak Patil, and Laxman Khade.
Bhuyar, currently posted in Akola, previously served in Nagpur, where he was allegedly targeted with false charges.
